Bosse Pomelle Veneer
A dense field of small blistered pomelle figure over warm reddish-brown African bosse.
Heartwood initially a pale pinkish brown, darkening with age to a more golden to medium brown. Pale yellowish sapwood is well defined. Can be highly figured, with grain patterns such as pommele being sought after in veneer form.
Rosebud Veneer carries bosse pomelle in raw veneer, two-ply, and paper-backed form, and presses it to architectural panels on MDF, particleboard, or veneer core. Flitches are hand-graded and sequenced, so a run holds its match across a whole elevation.
Typical specifications include bosse, pomelle, blister figure. Tell us the sheet size, core, and quantity and we will quote it with lead time.
